PSG Soccer Group provides independent video scouting and recruitment support for professional clubs, colleges and football programs seeking to identify players who fit their technical, tactical, physical and organizational requirements.

Successful recruitment starts with clearly understanding what you need, where to look and how to evaluate what you find.  Hence, our scouting process begins with the club — not the player database.

We work with the clubs technical and recruitment staff to understand the club’s playing philosophy, squad needs and positional profiles, establishing the specific technical, tactical, physical and performance characteristics required for the role.

Using a combination of proprietary scouting processes and leading third-party data and video platforms, we conduct a structured market search to build an initial long list of potential targets. Players are screened against club-specific positional criteria, relevant performance metrics, age and development trajectory, competition level, contractual considerations and overall suitability for the club.

The strongest candidates progress to our short-list phase, where we complete more detailed video analysis, performance benchmarking and contextual evaluation. Rather than relying on data alone, we assess how and why a player produces their numbers and whether their qualities translate to the club’s game model, competitive environment and specific positional demands.

The process concludes with a clear, evidence-based recommendation. Clubs receive detailed player reports — providing decision-makers with an independent scouting perspective and a structured pathway from identifying a recruitment need to identifying players who fit it.
